TURNAROUND

After we accept an order and we receive all relevant materials, we will start your project. You will receive a preview design within 2-3 days.

MATERIALS

"Relevant materials" include any logos, text, contact information and images (high resolution, up to 5 images) you wish included in your design.  The clock on our turnaround estimate begins when we have all materials in hand.  

If you do not have complete text for your project content and wish copy writing services, this may require an additional fee.  Contact us to discuss!

We provide stock images, if necessary.  On rare occasions, some images may require an additional fee. We will confirm before adding this charge. 

We will provide, upon request, a QR CODE for some projects to drive the audience to your website or social media platform.

REVISIONS

We offer you up to 3 revisions on your initial proof.  Revision requests should be made in a timely fashion.  Please keep in mind the clock stops until we hear back from you, whether a revision request or a final approval.  Each revision may require up to 24 hours to complete and push out our initial time estimate.

FORMAT

We will provide a high resolution PDF, .ai or JPG for PRINT and a digital copy for posting on social media.  If your platform requires resizing to additional aspect ratios, this may require service fees.

PRINT SERVICE

We can provide a print quote from one of our partners to provide you fast, quality printing.  Our initial conversation for design will include your print requirements for the quote.

PRIORITY SERVICE

If you need your project fast, we can provide a 24-hour turnaround on your preview design.  Revisions will add  to the initial Time Estimate.  Provided we receive a revision request in a timely fashion, we can turn it around within 24 hours from the request receipt, under priority service.  As with any order, the clock begins when we receive the relevant materials.  Need it faster?  Contact us to discuss!
